All bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

The prices shown may be changed at any time during the year, and are subject to major fluctuations in exchange rates. Until full payment has been made, we reserve the right to issue an amended invoice should this be necessary as a result of major currency fluctuation; however, no currency surcharge whatsoever will be made in respect of any booking for which full payment is received within 10 days of invoice date |

Cancellations. If advised in writing to our partners Keytel International four working days or more in advance of the first arrival date, all payments received - less a cancellation charge of £25.00 per person - will be refunded in full. If advised within four working days of the first arrival date, in addition to the cancellation charge the total cost of the first night's stay at each Parador booked will be deducted from the total refund. In the case of a 'no-show', no refund whatsoever will be made. Any credit card surcharge that applies is not refundable. All claims for refunds must be supported by the cancellation reference supplied by our partners Keytel International.
We strongly recommend that your client obtains adequate insurance cover against enforced cancellation. |

Amendments. Any amendments required to bookings already confirmed requiring invoicing adjustments will be subject to a charge of £10.00 per booking. |

Payment may be made either by cheque, credit card (VISA/ MASTERCARD) or by debit card (SWITCH/ DELTA). Payments by credit card will incur a surcharge of 3%. |
